We have taken extreme care in integrating core facilities to manufacture knitwear. The machines that.we use are of top quality indigenous machines and imported machines from Europe, Japan and Far East. Basic criteria for selection of these machines have been quality of output it can achieve and speed.
Modern design studio manned by designers from Iranian premier fashion institute.
Modern laboratory with latest equipment including Launder meter, color matching cabinet, yarn testing equipment (very latest ones that can check tensile strength, twist and counts), GSM cutters, electronic weighing, washing machines, tumble dryer etc.
Modern sampling department that works parallel with the design studio.
Knitting department with imported circular knitting machines, flat knitting machines and fully computerized jacquard machines. All imported from leading international manufacturers like Stoll, Falmac, Shima Seiki, Jumberca etc.
Embroidery department with imported multi-head computerized embroidery machines from Barudan, Japan.
Production department (stitching) that consists of all the normal and special purpose machines required for making contemporary fashion knitwear. These machines are imported from Japan and some of them from European countries.
Finishing department has Italian make fully computerized continuous belt ironing machines, steam irons and normal ironing and packing equipment. This department also has stain removing stations to remove all type of stains and the most latest Eco-friendly Italian make dry-to-dry cleaning machine to give all garments the final neat look and feel. This particular machine recycles 99.91% of the effluents!
We also have extensive arrangements for dyeing in Jet dyeing machines, soft-flow dyeing machines or closed winches as needed with reactive dyes and VAT as per our customers requirements. All colors are possible with the characteristics of washing and shrinkage tailor-made to the specifications desired by our customers. Shrinkage control is done with all modern processes like compacting, tumble drying, relax drying etc.
